CREATING DESIGN OPTIONS FOR YOU

Clients come to ZAP for our creativity and imagination in creating beautiful and thought provoking projects from an early brief. We approach each project with a fresh and energetic pair of eyes. Each project brief is subject to a ‘design critique’ within the ZAP office; meaning each project is interrogated and digested formally; to document some diverse and thoughtful options. The attributes of each option are summarised and conventionally offered to our clients as 2-3 ‘preferred options’, eliminating the other possibilities due to site / planning constraints. These options represent a diverse range of potential proposals that each have their own merits. We have client discussions on these options before settling on a ‘killer proposal’ that we submit for planning and ultimately build. The road to a final option is as long as it needs to be to maximise and push the best option for your site, which benefits the overall project, aesthetically, financially and practically.
