Interior Design is the soundtrack to a successful build project. Our architecture projects benefit from the interior design skill that ZAP’s interior designers bring to the internal atmosphere of a project.

We create a concept pack for the client in the first instance; to tease out the client’s taste and preferred palettes for their project. This ‘concept deck’ then navigates through the processes of a ‘mood board', ‘shopping list’ and ‘refined concept pack’. showcasing opportunities and possibilities. Our professional interior designers then offer a procurement service for sourcing, pricing, ordering and managing the interior FF+E packages of works including lighting and sanitary ware. This holistic approach to ‘styling’ is enforced by a keen trade discount and energy for ‘shopping around’ for the best value at the highest quality. Our interior designers work closely with our architects to offer a one-stop-shop for co-ordination and communication on a project; with an over-arching understanding of the client’s budget. 

For us, communication is the essence of our approach. Our style is friendly and informal. We’ll meet clients to discuss client ideas and consult with them closely throughout a project. We’ll encourage them to pick up the phone at any time, share a Pinterest board or simply for an update or maybe to tell us about a wall covering or a coffee table they’ve fallen in love with.

And we’ll guide them and show them what can be achieved in their living space, helping them visualise how their interior might look, with detailed mood-boards, images, fabric swatches and samples. In short, we’ll take the worry away from making the right choices. So our clients can be confident that their project will have a beautiful internal aesthetic , and, just as importantly, an interior that works for them.
